1. Acceptance of Agreement

By using this app, you agree to all terms of this agreement.

2. App Description

This app is a batch QR code/barcode scanning and generation tool. No registration or login is required, and all data is stored locally.

3. Subscription Service

• Monthly $7.99 / Quarterly $15.99 / Yearly $49.99
• Auto-renewing; charged within 24 hours before expiration
• Can be cancelled in "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions"
• Free features: Scan, batch generate, CSV export, history (≤50 records)
• Pro features: Excel export, style customization, unlimited history

4. User Conduct

You agree to use this app only for lawful purposes and ensure that the QR codes/barcodes you generate or scan do not violate applicable laws and regulations. You must not use this app to generate or distribute the following content:

• Codes linking to phishing websites, scam pages, or other fraudulent links;
• Forged payment credentials, invoices, receipts, identity marks, or qualification certificates;
• False, illegal, or misleading advertising content;
• Illegal information related to gambling, pornography, violence, terrorism, or drugs;
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights;
• Any other content prohibited by laws and regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that the purpose, content, and link targets of your generated codes are authentic and lawful, and you bear all responsibility arising from your use of this app.

5. Disclaimer

• This app is merely a QR code/barcode generation and recognition tool. It does not review, audit, or edit the specific content generated or scanned by users, nor can it identify whether content is lawful.
• Any disputes, losses, or legal liabilities arising from codes you generate or scan results are solely your responsibility and have no relation to the developer.
• If your violation of these terms causes losses to the developer, the developer has the right to seek compensation from you.
• This app is provided "as is" and is not responsible for the content, security, or legality of external links in scan results.
