We understand how important your personal information is to you, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your information. It applies equally no matter which country or region you use the App in.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Event data: events you create, including title, date, notes, emoji and cover color
• Preferences: default reminder time, theme mode and app icon selection

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Notification permission status: used to determine whether local notifications can be sent
• Subscription status: your In-App Purchase plan and expiry date (stored locally only)

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your identity information (no sign-in or account required)
• We never upload your contacts, photos or location
• We do not track your behavior
• We integrate no third-party analytics SDK

2. How We Use Your Information

Information we hold is used only to:

1. Display the events you create inside the App
2. Send local notifications at the reminder time you set
3. Show events on Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets and the Dynamic Island
4. Answer your questions through Siri voice queries
5. Determine your Pro subscription status to unlock the corresponding features

3. Storage of Your Information

3.1 Where Data Is Stored

• All data is stored locally on your device
• Event data is stored in the App’s SQLite database
• Subscription status is stored in the App’s local preferences
• Widgets and the Dynamic Island read data through shared iOS App Group storage

3.2 Data Sync

• Event data syncs across devices signed in with the same Apple ID through iCloud (Key-Value Store)
• Sync is provided by Apple iCloud; we run no servers and never read your iCloud data
• After reinstalling the App (same Apple ID signed in to iCloud), your events can be restored

3.3 Data Retention

• Data is retained until you delete an event or uninstall the App
• All data is automatically removed when the App is uninstalled

4. Sharing of Your Information

We do not share your information with any third party, including:

• No sharing with advertisers
• No sharing with data analytics companies
• No sharing with other users

The only exception: when you complete a subscription purchase through Apple’s In-App Purchase, Apple handles your payment information. The transaction is managed directly by Apple, and we only receive a subscription status callback.

5. Notification Permission

• We only request notification permission when you actively create an event with a reminder
• You can disable notifications at any time in “Settings → Notifications → Day Reminder”
• Disabling notifications does not affect other features of the App

6. Siri Permissions

• When you query events with Siri, Siri processes your voice request
• Voice processing is performed by Apple; we neither receive nor store your voice data
• You can manage this permission in “Settings → Siri & Search”

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access all data stored in the App (view it directly in the App)
• Delete any event (delete it inside the App)
• Uninstall the App to erase all local data
• Manage subscriptions by cancelling or changing them in “Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions”

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will notify you in the App and update the “Last updated” date on this page. Material changes will be brought to your attention clearly.

Appendix: Third-Party SDKs

This version integrates no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK. All data stays on your device and is never transferred to any third party.

Appendix: App Store Privacy Declaration

Based on this policy, the App Store “App Privacy” section is declared as follows:

• No data is collected for tracking
• No data is collected that is linked to your identity
• Event data is stored only on your device and in your iCloud account, provided by Apple
• Subscription payments are handled by Apple; the App never touches financial information

Conclusion: this App collects no data.
