Welcome to Day Reminder (the “App”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by all of the terms below.

1. Service Description

The App is a tool that helps you record important dates and set reminders in advance. Key features include:

• Create events for important dates and choose whether to enable reminders
• Set advance reminders 1 / 3 / 7 / 30 / 100 days ahead, delivered as local notifications
• Display events on Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen widgets and the Dynamic Island
• Ask Siri to look up or create events
• Unlock more features with a Pro subscription

2. Subscriptions

2.1 Plans

• Monthly Pro: billed monthly
• Quarterly Pro: billed every 3 months
• Yearly Pro: billed yearly and includes a 7-day free trial

The App offers subscriptions worldwide. Prices vary by region and are converted automatically by the App Store; the price shown on the App Store purchase page in your region is always the applicable price.

2.2 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase on the App Store
• Your subscription automatically renews within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless auto-renewal is turned off beforehand
• The renewal price is the same as the plan you selected
• To cancel, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in “Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions”

2.3 Free Trial

• The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial
• You may cancel at any time during the trial period at no charge
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts into a paid yearly subscription automatically
• Each Apple ID is eligible for the free trial only once

2.4 Refunds

• All refunds are handled directly by Apple. Please submit a request at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Already used subscription periods are not refundable

3. Free vs. Pro

Benefits may change with app updates; the in-app display is always the latest reference.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful, personal purposes
• Not use the App for any illegal activity
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, crack or interfere with the App

4.2 Your Content

You are solely responsible for the events you create. The App only stores such content locally on your device; it is never uploaded, reviewed or distributed by us.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 The App Itself

The software code, UI design, icon assets and copy of the App are owned by the developer and protected by applicable law.

5.2 User Content

Event content you create (titles, notes, etc.) belongs to you.

5.3 Open-Source Dependencies

The App uses the following open-source projects (partial list):

• Flutter (BSD License)
• Riverpod (MIT License)
• go_router (BSD License)
• sqflite (BSD License)

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Availability

• The App relies on iOS system features (Notifications, WidgetKit, ActivityKit, Siri)
• We are not liable if a reminder fails to be delivered due to OS updates, device failure, battery drain, Airplane Mode or similar causes
• We recommend setting up more than one reminder method for important events

6.2 Data Safety

• Data is stored locally on your device and syncs via iCloud across devices signed in with the same Apple ID
• iCloud sync is provided by Apple; its availability depends on your iCloud account and network
• We suggest keeping an extra record of your most important events

6.3 Third-Party Services

• In-App Purchase is provided by Apple; Apple’s terms apply
• Siri is provided by Apple; Apple’s Privacy Policy applies

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be clearly announced in the App. The revised Terms take effect on the date they are published; your continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

This App is offered to users around the world, and these Terms apply equally in every country and region where the App is available. Their interpretation and performance are not limited to any single jurisdiction, and nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory rights granted to you under the laws of your country or region.

If a dispute arises in connection with these Terms, please first contact us using the details in Section 9 to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may bring it before a court of competent jurisdiction where you reside.
